The house

Seven things under one roof in Thong Lo. Every pass gets you all of them.

What is inside

Sauna

Sweat it out properly. For a detox and a change of headspace.

Ice Bath

Ice water, straight after the sauna. Popular with athletes for post training conditioning.

Fitness

Move the shoulders and back that desk work has locked up.

Cafe

For the people who cannot start the morning without coffee, and the people who drink it while they work.

Coworking Space

Work on your laptop, take meetings, and head for the sauna or the ice when your focus runs out.

Fire Pit Lounge

When you feel like talking to someone, the fire is where people meet.

BBQ Place

A BBQ after work is a rare thing in this city. Available for private hire.

Sauna & Ice Bath, Explained

The heart of PALM HOUSE is the hot and cold loop, known as contrast therapy. Here is why people are hooked, and how to do your first round.

Sauna

  • A deep sweat that helps you switch off from work
  • Warms up muscles and eases stiffness from desk work
  • Many regulars say they sleep better on sauna days
  • A natural reset before coffee, a meeting or a workout

Ice Bath

  • The fastest mood lift in the building, minutes in cold water leave you wide awake
  • Popular with athletes for post-training recovery
  • Trains you to stay calm under stress, in the tub and out of it
  • Feels hard for the first 30 seconds, then surprisingly good

Your First Loop

01  Heat

Sauna for 8 to 12 minutes. Leave before you feel dizzy, not after.

02  Cold

Ice bath for 1 to 3 minutes. Exhale slowly as you get in and let your breathing settle.

03  Rest

Rest for about 10 minutes. Water, fresh air, fire pit lounge. This is where the good part happens.

04  Repeat

2 or 3 rounds is plenty. Finish with a drink at the cafe.

One thing before you start: if you are pregnant, or have a heart condition or blood pressure concerns, check with your doctor first. Drink water between rounds and step out whenever your body says so.

Opening

PALM HOUSE opens in Thong Lo in August 2026. Opening hours are being finalised and will be posted here and on Instagram before we unlock the doors.
