Thong Lo, Bangkok / Opening August 2026
PALM HOUSE is an urban wellness oasis opening in Thong Lo this August. Ice bath, sauna, gym, cafe, coworking, fire pit lounge and a BBQ deck, all in one building, a short walk from BTS Thong Lo.
The idea
How many times did you move today?
The gym in the morning, the desk or a cafe at midday, and somewhere you can finally settle at night. Does the day end with nothing but the moving between them?
And it is not only about time. Every change of place breaks your focus.
PALM HOUSE puts all of it in one place. Finish a call and walk straight into the sauna. Reset in the ice, eat, go home.
For a whole day, you never have to leave.

Start in the sauna. Most people get out while it still feels good. Honestly, that part is just the warm up. Stay until it starts to feel long. That is where it begins to work.

Straight into the ice. The first few seconds, you will probably regret it. Then around ten seconds in, everything in your head goes quiet. That moment is why people keep coming back.

Leaving right after would be a waste. There is coworking here, and there is food. Clear your inbox, or do nothing at all. For a whole day, you never have to leave.
The house
Sweat it out properly. For a detox and a change of headspace.
Ice water, straight after the sauna. Popular with athletes for post training conditioning.
Move the shoulders and back that desk work has locked up.
For the people who cannot start the morning without coffee, and the people who drink it while they work.
Work on your laptop, take meetings, and head for the sauna or the ice when your focus runs out.
When you feel like talking to someone, the fire is where people meet.
A BBQ after work is a rare thing in this city. Available for private hire.
The other half
A wellness space is not a gym. Nobody is wearing headphones and nobody is counting anything. The fire pit is where the conversations happen, and the BBQ deck is built so they keep going. Come alone. You will not stay alone.
Passes bought now are valid from opening day. Follow the build on Instagram in the meantime.
