Before you buy

You are not open yet. What am I buying?

A ticket that starts working on opening day. Nothing expires before we open, so the validity period only begins once the doors are unlocked.

Can someone else use my ticket?

Yes. A ticket is not tied to a name, so you can pass it to a friend or bring someone with a ticket you bought.

Do I need to bring anything?

Swimwear. Towel, drinking water and a locker are included with every ticket. If you forget swimwear, the front desk will have a pair.

Can I get a refund?

An unused ticket can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Once it has been used, it is no longer refundable.
