What we collect, why we have it, and how to get it removed.

When you buy a pass we receive your name, email address and the details of what you bought. If you contact us, we keep that message.
We never see or store your card number. Payment details are entered on a page hosted by Stripe and are handled entirely by Stripe.
To sell you a pass, to let you use it at the front desk, to send confirmations and receipts, to answer your questions, and to keep the accounting records that Thai law requires us to keep.
Stripe, Inc. processes payments on our behalf and receives the information needed to take the payment. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Purchase records are kept for as long as Thai accounting and tax law requires. Anything else is deleted once it is no longer needed.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to headcaseozeki51@gmail.com and we will reply. Note that we cannot delete records we are legally required to keep.
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe sets the cookies it needs to process a payment securely on its own checkout page.
